X FRASERI ‘RED ROBIN’

Originario della Nuova Zelanda, arbusto sempreverde con portamento eretto e poi rotondeggiante.
Presenta foglie coriacee, di colore rosso da giovani che virano al verde durante l’anno.
Presenta piccoli fiori bianchi a fine primavera.
Si adatta bene a tutti i terreni, preferendo quelli freschi e sciolti. Sopporta qualsiasi potatura e forma siepi compatte.

Originally from New Zealand, evergreen shrub with erect and then rounded habit. It has leathery leaves, red when young that turn green during the year.
It has small white flowers in late spring. It adapts well to all soils, preferring fresh and loose ones. It bears any pruning and forms compact hedges.

UTILIZZO
Trova impiego come pianta ornamentale in vaso, in gruppo, come siepe.

USAGE
It is used as an ornamental plant in pots, in groups, as a hedge.
