Arbusto sempreverde a portamento eretto, ben ramificato e folto. Le foglie sono di forma ovale, coriacee,di colore verde lucido sopra e più opache sotto. Fiorisce ad aprile-maggio con fiori bianchi.

Si adatta a tutti i tipi di terreno, preferendo comunque quelli umidi. Resiste bene alle basse temperature e sopporta potature drastiche.

Evergreen shrub with erect habit, well branched and thick. The leaves are oval in shape, leathery, glossy green above and duller below.
It blooms in April-May with white flowers. It adapts to all types of soil, however preferring humid ones. It resists well to low temperatures and bears drastic pruning.

UTILIZZO
Trova impiego come pianta ornamentale in vaso, in gruppo e come siepe a pronto effetto.

USAGE
It is used as an ornamental plant in pots, in groups and as a ready-made hedge.
